Meet Elaine, CNP
Hi there, I’m Elaine…
a Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience caring for patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions. I earned my Master’s degree from Wright State University in 2006. My clinical experience includes inpatient hospitalist medicine, cardiology, pain management and palliative and hospice care, providing me with a broad perspective in the assessment and management of complex health conditions.
I recognize the multi factorial nature of complex illnesses and believe that identifying and addressing the underlying contributors to disease is essential to achieving optimal health.
In addition, I am certified through the School of Applied Functional Medicine and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing coursework in functional medicine.
I combine my extensive clinical background with a functional medicine approach in evaluating the individual factors that may contribute to illness; including nutrition, lifestyle, environmental influences, and other factors that may impact health and wellness.
My biggest goal is to provide individualized, patient-care that supports long-term health and wellness.
