  • Pediatric Patients:
    You’ll bring your child in for a complete health assessment tailored to their age. Dr. Monica will review their health history, perform a physical and neurological exam, and assess milestones and primitive reflexes. Your child will receive their first adjustment, and Dr. Monica will outline a personalized care plan to support healthy growth and nervous system development.

    Perinatal & Adult Patients:
    Dr. Monica will review your health history, assess spinal alignment, posture, and nervous system function, and perform a physical examination. For adults over 16, digital X-rays may be used when needed to guide your personalized care plan. You will receive your first adjustment, and Dr. Monica will provide recommendations to optimize your mobility, nervous system health, and overall wellness.

  • Regular visits are gentle, personalized, and designed to support optimal nervous system function at every stage of life. Dr. Monica provides age-appropriate adjustments for children while monitoring development, posture, movement patterns, and reflex integration to support milestones, coordination, sleep, comfort, and overall wellness.

    For perinatal and adult patients, care focuses on spinal alignment, pelvic balance, mobility, and tension relief - especially during pregnancy and postpartum as the body changes. Each visit is efficient, targeted, and tailored to your current needs, progress, and health goals to help your body function at its best.

  • Periodic re-exams allow Dr. Monica to evaluate your progress and ensure your care remains effective as your body changes and heals. She reassesses posture, spinal alignment, mobility, movement patterns, and overall function. For children, this includes monitoring development, milestones, and reflex patterns to support healthy neurological growth. Based on these findings, your care plan may be adjusted to best support continued improvement, comfort, and long-term stability at every stage of life.
